About the role
Kinley is seeking a full‑time Customer Service Representative to join its on‑site team in Battle. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering high‑quality support across multiple channels and helping to maintain the company’s reputation for exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous assistance to customers via phone, email and other communication channels.
- Address inquiries, troubleshoot issues and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update customer information in the system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share information and improve overall service delivery.
- Contribute ideas to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes.
Required profile
- Proven experience in customer service or support roles.
- Strong ability to manage customer satisfaction and improve experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organised, able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Attention to detail and solid problem‑solving capabilities.
- Team‑oriented mindset.
- Experience in landscaping or home‑improvement sectors is a plus but not mandatory.
Required skills
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software (preferred).
