Customer Success Executive – Onsite – £28k + OTE – Southampton

About the role

Robert Half is partnering with a market‑leading software provider to recruit a Customer Success Executive for their Southampton office. You will act as the primary liaison for clients, helping them realise the full value of the company’s solutions while ensuring a smooth, positive experience throughout the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with assigned customers.
• Support onboarding activities and drive ongoing engagement.
• Monitor product usage, identify adoption opportunities and recommend improvements.
• Proactively contact customers to improve retention and minimise churn.
• Assist with renewals and identify account growth possibilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with relevant stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support or a similar client‑facing role.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering high‑quality service.
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Confidence to work proactively and engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
