Customer Success Manager – Drive Impact for Charities

About the role

Join Plinth, a fast‑growing tech startup supporting charities, foundations and local government. As a Customer Success Manager you will help nonprofit organisations adopt our platform, freeing them to focus on their mission while you shape the way we scale.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding from kickoff to go‑live, managing timelines, priorities and expectations for 7+ new charity clients each month.
• Audit and improve support processes, handle Intercom chat a few days a week, keep onboarding documentation up‑to‑date and work with engineering to triage urgent issues versus routine problems.

Required profile

• Experience in coaching, tutoring, hospitality, event production, community organising, consulting, or user research/UX, with a strong service mindset.
• Comfort working with charities or the nonprofit sector and ability to teach non‑technical users how to adopt a SaaS platform.

What we offer

• Salary £42,000 – £75,000 per year, dependent on experience.
• Equity participation as part of the compensation package.
