Customer Support Executive – Remote (UK)

About the role

Chip is seeking a Customer Support Executive to join its growing team. Working remotely from anywhere in the UK, you will help deliver a seamless end‑to‑end experience for users of the investment super‑app.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via live chat, email and social media.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimise the user experience.
• Report bugs and UX problems to the product and engineering teams.
• Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the app.

Required profile

• Flexible to work shifts between 8 am and 10 pm, Monday‑Sunday, 39 hours per week.
• Ability to quickly understand complex systems and prioritize tasks.
• Calm under pressure with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
