Deal Advisory Tax Manager

About the role

Deal Advisory Tax at KPMG delivers market‑leading tax services to corporate and financial investors across a wide range of sectors. As part of KPMG’s Tax & Legal business, the team works on complex, high‑profile transactions, offering advisory across the entire deal lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with Partners and Directors on complex transactions to provide high‑quality tax advice.
• Support business development by contributing to proposals and participating in client pitches.
• Develop and maintain client relationships within the Deal Advisory practice.
• Act as the primary KPMG contact for clients, legal advisers, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Coach and develop junior colleagues, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
• Prepare and oversee detailed technical tax advice for transactions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in tax advisory for corporate and financial transactions.
• Ability to manage client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact.
• Strong collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to mentor and develop junior staff.
