Dealer Marketing Manager – Automotive (UK)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced automotive marketing professional to lead the dealer marketing function for a UK‑based automotive manufacturer. Reporting to the Head of Brand Campaigns and Strategy, you will shape and deliver marketing programmes that support the nationwide dealer network, drive footfall, test‑drives and generate leads.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute the dealer marketing strategy aligned with campaigns, product launches and sales targets.
• Develop and maintain dealer toolkits, marketing assets and activity calendars.
• Deliver local and co‑op marketing programmes to increase footfall, test‑drives and leads.
• Act as the primary marketing contact for the UK dealer network and manage relationships with dealer stakeholders.
• Produce regular communications, briefings and webinars; manage the dealer portal to ensure up‑to‑date materials.
• Lead end‑to‑end dealer campaigns, localise assets across channels and support product launches with toolkits and materials.
• Monitor, report and optimise campaign performance against key metrics and manage the dealer marketing budget.
• Oversee agency and supplier delivery, ensuring quality and cost control.

Required profile

• Background in dealer, trade, retail or field marketing, preferably within the automotive sector.
• Proven experience delivering multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines and ability to maintain consistency across a large dealer network.
• Excellent communication skills for briefing, webinars and stakeholder management.
