Dental Receptionist – Full‑time, Battersea

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join our award‑winning practice in Battersea. This full‑time position supports both NHS and private patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment they walk in.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality reception and administrative service to maximise patient satisfaction and practice efficiency.
• Answer telephone calls and handle patient enquiries with a positive, efficient, and courteous approach.
• Schedule appointments and manage clinical team diaries using the Dentally software system.
• Collect and record patient payments, and follow up on outstanding debts according to practice policy.
• Maintain compliance with Information Governance, GDPR, and CQC requirements.
• Act as an ambassador for the practice’s vision, ethos and values, fostering positive colleague relationships.
• Promote equality, diversity, fairness, respect, dignity and autonomy in all activities.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years experience in a front‑of‑house or reception role, with a proven commitment to customer service.
• Familiarity with Dentally software is preferred but not essential.
• Understanding of CQC standards and ability to ensure they are met at all times.
• Experience delivering exceptional patient care and customer service.
