DevOps Manager – Hybrid (London)

About the role

We are supporting a fast‑growing technology business that needs a DevOps Manager to shape the next phase of its cloud platform. This is a hands‑on leadership position where you will split your time between working directly with the technology stack and improving the way the DevOps team operates.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a small, high‑performing DevOps team.
• Modernise and evolve the cloud platform built on AWS, Python and Kubernetes.
• Influence and drive a collaborative DevOps culture.
• Improve processes, tooling and automation across the infrastructure.
• Work closely with engineering to ensure reliable, scalable services.

Required profile

• Recent experience moving into a leadership role while staying technically hands‑on.
• Enjoys working with cloud technologies and infrastructure code.
• Comfortable guiding a team and mentoring junior engineers.

What we offer
