Digital Project Manager / Business Analyst / Product Owner (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a versatile digital professional to lead end‑to‑end product and project delivery across our Central London office and remote locations. You will act as the bridge between technical teams and senior business stakeholders, driving digital innovation, transformation and change.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cross‑functional deliveries from discovery through rollout, partnering with technical leads.
• Communicate effectively with development teams, understanding their structure, processes and mindset.
• Engage senior, partner‑level and C‑suite stakeholders to define requirements and influence decisions.
• Ensure projects improve performance, security and business value.
• Support the adoption of emerging technologies such as AI, RPA and large language models.

Required profile

• Strong stakeholder‑management skills with confidence presenting to senior leadership.
• Proven experience in digital innovation, transformation and change initiatives.
• Solid track record of end‑to‑end product/project delivery.
• Business acumen and excellent communication abilities.
• Agile exposure and a proactive, high‑energy attitude.
