Direct To Consumer Partner Support – London/Kent/Sussex

About the role

We are looking for a Direct‑to‑Consumer (D2C) Coffee Operations Support professional to help grow Nestlé Professional’s coffee solutions across customer sites in London, Kent and Sussex. The role focuses on in‑store execution, stock accuracy, machine uptime and brand compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure D2C coffee machines are operational with minimal downtime and provide basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate stock counts at customer locations, analyse variances and trigger corrective actions.
• Deliver Nestlé Professional brand standards on‑site, act on audit findings and close execution gaps.
• Coach customers on proper cleaning routines and monitor compliance.
• Record all field activity in the Project MORE system and use data to identify performance trends.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support performance delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales support or operations, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organised, motivated and able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
• Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships and manage senior stakeholders.
• Problem‑solving and planning abilities, able to work under pressure and handle a fluctuating workload.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across London, Kent and Sussex.
