About the role
Fieldguide is seeking a strategic, execution‑oriented Director to lead and scale its European go‑to‑market organization. Based remotely in the United Kingdom (or Ireland), you will own regional performance across revenue, customer outcomes and operational execution while partnering closely with U.S. executive leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Own EMEA business performance, including revenue attainment, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Build and scale the GTM organization across sales, customer success, support and services functions.
- Set and manage regional revenue targets, working with Account Executives and GTM leaders to drive pipeline and close strategic deals.
- Collaborate with customers, partners and internal stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes and long‑term relationships.
- Partner with U.S. leadership to execute and evolve the international growth strategy and establish a scalable operational foundation.
- Recruit, develop and mentor a high‑performing regional team.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading go‑to‑market or sales organizations in EMEA, preferably within audit, advisory or cybersecurity‑focused SaaS markets.
- Track record of delivering revenue growth and customer success at scale.
- Strong cross‑functional leadership and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a remote‑first environment.
