Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and scale a team of top‑performing IT recruiters.
• Define and execute a clear go‑to‑market strategy for one or more verticals.
• Build and nurture relationships with enterprise and high‑growth tech clients.
• Drive revenue, performance metrics and a strong culture.
• Hire, coach and retain recruitment talent.
• Collaborate with the senior leadership team on overall business direction.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience within IT/technology recruitment.
• Strong personal billing record combined with people‑management success.
• Commercially minded, credible and confident at senior level.
• Entrepreneurial mindset – a builder rather than a maintainer.
• High energy, high standards and a low‑ego approach.
