Director of Thought Leadership – London

About the role

We are looking for a Director of Thought Leadership to join our London team. In this hands‑on position you will shape and deliver insight‑driven content that supports strategic business priorities across Life Sciences, Healthcare and MedTech.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a structured thought‑leadership plan aligned to growth areas, priority solutions and target audiences.
• Coordinate input from subject‑matter experts and business leaders to create clear content briefs and narratives.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of long‑form and short‑form content, ensuring it is measurable and on schedule.
• Maintain an integrated editorial calendar across multiple channels.
• Contribute to writing, editing and quality control, and guide internal and external writers.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, sales and SME teams to ensure a cohesive approach.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in thought leadership, editorial, journalism or strategic communications.
• Proven ability to build and manage content plans that align with business priorities.
• Experience coordinating multi‑stakeholder content development across formats and channels.
• Demonstrated skill translating market trends and strategic priorities into clear content plans.
• Experience managing editorial calendars and content pipelines end‑to‑end.
• Comfort working with senior stakeholders and subject‑matter experts.
