Director, Partner Success – Business & Market Insights

About the role

Mastercard Services leverages data, analytics, technology and expertise to help customers grow, optimize performance and manage risk. The Director, Partner Success – Business & Market Insights will manage a portfolio of strategic B2B partners that use Mastercard’s Business and Market Insights products, guiding onboarding, relationship management and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor partner performance, product adoption, usage, satisfaction and revenue outcomes, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Lead a global team of Partner Success managers and conduct executive‑ready quarterly business reviews.
• Serve as the primary relationship lead for strategic B2B partners, ensuring smooth transition from Business Development to ongoing management.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create collateral, events and thought‑leadership content that drives partner engagement.
• Develop and execute joint growth plans, drive renewals, and identify expansion opportunities across new products and markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in partner success, product management or consulting with measurable outcomes.
• Track record of improving retention, increasing adoption and generating growth with channel partners.
• Collaborative leader who builds strong relationships in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent communication and storytelling ability to translate complex concepts into executive‑ready narratives.
