Director, Product Management – Commercialisation

About the role

Join Mastercard’s Move Commercialisation team as a Director of Product Management. You will shape the go‑to‑market strategy for domestic and cross‑border money movement solutions, driving growth for B2B and government payment flows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a commercialisation strategy for Mastercard Move solutions targeting business and government payment flows.
• Lead go‑to‑market planning, craft value propositions, identify target segments and support regional teams in defining growth strategies.
• Drive revenue growth and product adoption through pipeline tracking, performance analysis, and removal of sales obstacles.
• Provide sales enablement by delivering tools, training, RFP support and thought‑leadership content such as whitepapers.
• Advise regional teams on feasibility and viability of customer opportunities and support solutioning.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to create compelling collateral, run campaigns and generate pipeline‑supporting content.

Required profile

• Strategic vision with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
• Strong execution skills and a track record of delivering commercial results.
• Deep expertise in payments, especially B2B and disbursement use cases.
