Distribution Strategy Manager

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Distribution Strategy Manager to lead end‑to‑end strategic projects across the EMEA region. You will work closely with senior leaders to shape distribution priorities, develop business cases, and drive execution of growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead strategic projects from opportunity framing through market analysis, business case development, and execution planning.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations to the Head of Distribution Strategy & Execution and the EMEA Distribution Management team.
• Develop EMEA distribution strategic priorities, annual plans, and sub‑regional growth plans.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring clear scope, accountability, milestones, and delivery outcomes.
• Act as a senior connector across Distribution, Product, Investments, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment and remove obstacles.
• Facilitate strategic workshops, executive discussions, and cross‑regional planning sessions.
• Oversee analysis of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and client segment trends to inform strategy and product positioning.
• Direct the creation of robust business cases, scenario analyses, and forecasting models.
• Translate complex findings into executive‑ready presentations and strategic narratives.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best‑practice project management across the Distribution organisation.

Required profile

• Experience supporting or leading M&A activity (e.g., due diligence, deal execution, or integration) is advantageous.
• Demonstrable experience leading cross‑functional initiatives.
