Drainage Engineer – Full‑time, Canterbury

About the role

HomeServe is seeking a dedicated Drainage Engineer to join its Canterbury team. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing residential drainage systems, delivering a high‑quality service that supports the company’s reputation and customer growth.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on household drainage systems.
• Provide industry‑leading customer service on site, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required.
• Identify and resolve drainage issues efficiently, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of service standards and team performance.

Required profile

• Valid HPWJ Water Ticket.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
• Excellent customer‑service attitude.
• Proactive, ‘can‑do’ mindset with strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• HPWJ Water Ticket certification.
