Early Years Educator (Level 3 Qualified) – Nursery

About the role

Join a vibrant early years setting where you will deliver high‑quality care and education to children aged 0‑5. You will help create a safe, nurturing environment and support each child’s development through engaging EYFS‑aligned activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily care and educational experiences for children aged 0‑5.
• Plan, prepare and deliver EYFS‑appropriate activities that stimulate learning.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment that promotes children’s wellbeing and development.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting.
• Patience, empathy and a genuine love for working with young children.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Paediatric First Aid (preferred) and knowledge of safeguarding regulations.
• Qualified applicants must hold a Level 2/3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent.
