Early Years Educator – Part‑time (8am‑1pm)

About the role

Miss Daisy's Nursery Schools are seeking qualified Early Years Educators to join their Brook Green settings on a term‑time, part‑time basis (Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑1 pm). You will work with children aged 0‑5, delivering high‑quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver stimulating, EYFS‑aligned activities for children.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment that supports learning and development.
• Observe, assess and record each child’s progress, flagging any concerns.
• Collaborate with parents, colleagues and external professionals to meet individual needs.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and health‑and‑safety standards throughout the nursery.

Required profile

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting.
• Patience, empathy and a genuine love for working with young children.
• Knowledge of child development theories, EYFS and relevant safeguarding legislation.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
