Ecommerce Manager – France

About the role

THG Nutrition is seeking an Ecommerce Manager for the French market to own P&L, drive growth and lead trading activities for Myprotein France. Based at the Manchester headquarters, you will work within a global ecommerce business, shaping strategy and delivering results across revenue, profit and new‑customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Full ownership of Myprotein France P&L, sales performance and ecommerce growth strategy.
• Deliver annual budgets and produce a detailed operating plan for the French market.
• Lead ecommerce trading to maximise revenue, gross profit and new‑customer growth.
• Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to measure productivity and performance through data.
• Partner with marketing to ensure trading and growth plans are supported and communicated.
• Use THG’s data and technology platform to identify customer insights and market trends.
• Work with other country and regional ecommerce managers to define and deliver optimal growth strategies across Europe.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with compliance, logistics, finance and other internal teams.

Required profile

• Experience managing ecommerce operations with P&L responsibility in a European market.
• Proven ability to drive revenue, profitability and customer acquisition.
• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to work collaboratively across marketing, commercial and operational functions.
• Fluency in French and English.
