About the role
We are seeking a proactive Education Administrator to join a respected professional membership organisation supporting the medical healthcare sector. You will be the main point of contact for delegates, members, volunteers and external partners, delivering high‑quality customer service in a small, collaborative team.
Key responsibilities
- Support the delivery of professional examinations, handling pre‑ and post‑exam administration.
- Coordinate training programmes, including delegate enrolment, communications and virtual sessions.
- Set up and manage webinars, virtual training and expert‑led sessions using Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Maintain accurate records across CRM, learning management and other online systems.
- Respond to enquiries via email and telephone, resolving or escalating queries as needed.
- Process bookings, cancellations, transfers, refunds and payments in liaison with Finance.
- Assist committees and the Board of Examiners with meetings, agendas, minutes and follow‑up actions.
Required profile
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience in an administrative or customer‑service role.
- Enjoys working in a small, collaborative environment.
