About the role

We are seeking a Finishing Packer to join our production team at Smurfit Westrock. The role involves handling materials, operating packaging equipment, and ensuring that finished carton products meet quality standards in a safe, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle raw materials and feed various production equipment.
• Perform packaging, palletizing, and labeling of finished products.
• Conduct quality checks and report any non‑conformities.
• Carry out cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Participate in line start‑ups and other activities related to folding‑carton manufacturing.

Required profile

• Experience in a manufacturing setting is an asset.
• Pass pre‑employment testing and drug screening.
• Availability for evening and night shifts.
• Good physical condition to perform manual tasks.
• Demonstrated responsibility, diligence, and teamwork.

Required skills

• Operating packaging and material‑handling machinery.
