EMEA Anti-Corruption Compliance Officer (Vice President)

About the role

Join JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a senior compliance professional responsible for protecting the integrity of the business across the EMEA region. You will help advance the anti‑corruption program through strong governance, practical advice, and effective monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation and ongoing oversight of the Anti‑Corruption Policy and related procedures.
• Drive enhancements to the compliance program, including governance, monitoring and controls.
• Respond to business inquiries on policy, legal and regulatory matters.
• Assist in corruption‑related risk assessments and expense‑monitoring activities.
• Manage pre‑clearance requests for hospitality and gifts, reviewing and approving or declining as appropriate.
• Support reviews of potential employee violations of the Anti‑Corruption Policy.
• Act as escalation point for queries relating to third‑party intermediaries in the region.
• Deliver anti‑corruption training and promote awareness across EMEA.
• Partner with global compliance colleagues and internal control functions to coordinate program activity.

Required profile

• Legal and/or regulatory experience with a working understanding of anti‑corruption requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, confident engaging senior stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑management abilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across business and functional teams.
• Strong analytical, planning, problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
