EMEA Payroll Manager

About the role
The EMEA Payroll Manager will own the end‑to‑end payroll function across the region, reporting directly to the International HR Director. This permanent, hybrid role offers the chance to shape payroll strategy for a fast‑growing organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate payroll processing for 10+ EMEA countries using a network of in‑country partners.
- Develop, implement and maintain payroll policies and procedures.
- Stay current with payroll legislation across all jurisdictions and ensure compliance.
- Perform payroll accounting duties and reconcile payroll data.
- Produce regular payroll reports and analytical insights for senior management.
- Drive payroll efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to support business objectives.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing international payroll operations.
- Strong understanding of multi‑country payroll legislation and compliance.
- Ability to work hands‑on and lead cross‑functional payroll projects.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior leaders.
