EMEA Software Developer – Java/JavaScript

About the role

We are looking for an EMEA Software Developer to join Honeywell’s Tridium team in Horsham. The role focuses on extending the Niagara Framework with Java and JavaScript components and supporting the developer community across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Java and HTML5/JavaScript applications to meet regional customer requirements.
• Provide technical support to independent developer partners, analyse issues and deliver solutions.
• Participate in process and tool standardisation initiatives to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience, preferably with Java and JavaScript.
• Experience with source control, CI/CD pipelines, build tools and test‑driven development.
• Ability to communicate solutions to a broader developer community.
• Experience with building‑automation systems, especially the Niagara Framework.
• Understanding of security requirements in software development.
