About the role

Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking an Employment Associate to join their top‑tier London team. You will work on high‑value employment matters, supporting both corporate clients and high‑net‑worth individuals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex employment tribunal litigation with advocacy opportunities.
• Advise HR leaders, general counsels and boards on strategic employee‑relations issues.
• Draft and negotiate high‑value contracts, policies and exit arrangements.
• Represent high‑net‑worth individuals and manage team moves.
• Coordinate cross‑border projects for global clients.
• Handle High Court disputes involving restrictive covenants and business protection.
• Provide sole employment support on major corporate transactions.

Required profile

• UK‑qualified solicitor with 3‑5+ years PQE.
• Strong experience in both contentious and non‑contentious employment work gained at a leading City firm.
• Excellent technical legal skills combined with a commercial mindset.
• Confident communicator and trusted client advisor.
• Ambitious, collaborative and keen to drive business development.
