Employment Associate – Tier 1 Law Firm

About the role

The firm is a top‑30 international law practice with a Tier 1 Employment team recognised in the Legal 500. The Employment Associate will work alongside partners and senior lawyers, advising employers and senior executives on a wide range of employment matters.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on both contentious and non‑contentious employment law issues, from recruitment through termination.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR guidance, draft employment policies and support workplace procedures.
• Manage employment disputes and litigation in Employment Tribunals and the High Court.
• Support senior executives on complex cross‑border employment matters across sectors such as financial services, fashion, retail, luxury and media.

Required profile

• UK qualified solicitor with at least 3 years post‑qualification experience (3 PQE).
• Strong experience in both advisory and contentious employment work, preferably with respondent‑side exposure.
• Proven ability to advise employers and senior executives across a variety of sectors.
