Employment Law Advocate – Employment Tribunal Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Advocate to join a market‑leading client’s UK legal team. The role combines remote work with field‑based representation, allowing you to manage employment tribunal cases across the UK while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess claims brought against clients in Employment Tribunals.
• Collaborate with Litigation Executives to prepare pleadings, disclosures and document bundles.
• Represent clients at tribunal hearings, contested cases and court trials.
• Prepare case files, write briefs and manage trial proceedings.
• Provide clear risk assessments, including cost implications, to clients.
• Present comprehensive legal arguments on behalf of clients.

Required profile

• Proven advocacy experience, preferably within employment law.
• Demonstrated experience representing parties in employment tribunal cases.
• Professional legal qualification preferred but not essential.
• Full, valid driving licence and ability to travel across the UK.
• Strong ability to work autonomously under pressure.
