Employment Solicitor – Hybrid (London)

About the role

Our client is a specialist employment and partnership law firm in the City of London, recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers UK. They are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a hybrid team (three days in the office, two days remote) and work on high‑value, high‑profile disputes for financial and professional services clients.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and represent employers, employees, directors, shareholders and partners on complex employment and partnership matters.
• Manage contentious disputes, including whistleblowing, discrimination, team moves and partnership exits.
• Lead negotiations, alternative dispute resolution and court or tribunal proceedings.
• Develop and maintain senior stakeholder relationships and contribute to business development.

Required profile

• 4+ years PQE in employment, partnership or related disputes practice.
• Strong experience handling high‑profile, sensitive cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a client‑focused approach.
• Interest in building a professional profile and supporting practice growth.
