Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, building long‑term relationships.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share.
• Lead, mentor and develop high‑performing teams, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Collaborate with other service lines to provide integrated, multidisciplinary solutions.
• Advise clients on regulatory changes, emerging risks and strategic workforce planning.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in employment tax within professional services or a regulatory environment.
• Proven track record of delivering complex advisory work and managing senior client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and develop new business.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead business growth.
