Enrolment Specialist – Remote Monitoring Support

About the role

Join a fast‑scaling health‑tech company as an Enrolment Specialist, helping patients start their remote monitoring journey. The role is hybrid, based in West London, and focuses on delivering confident, empathetic support during the onboarding process.

Key responsibilities

• Call eligible patients and clearly explain how the remote monitoring service works.
• Build trust, answer questions, and reassure patients who may feel anxious or unsure.
• Guide patients through onboarding steps, including login, consent, and initial questionnaires.
• Support patients considering leaving the programme and reduce churn through empathetic conversations.
• Accurately record all interactions using internal platforms.
• Assist other teams when required and contribute to a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Current clean DBS certificate.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Warm, patient, and reassuring communication style.
• Ability to calm and motivate patients, including those less comfortable with technology.
• Resilience for high‑volume calling and flexibility to work Saturdays and shifts between 8 am–8 pm.
• Strong organisational skills and accurate record‑keeping.
• Motivation to meet KPIs and performance incentives.

Required skills

• CRM (experience using customer‑relationship‑management or support tools).

What we offer

• £14.00–£15.00 per hour plus bonus.
• 35‑hour work week with hybrid flexibility.
• Three‑month contract with possible extension based on performance.
