Enterprise Account Manager – France & Benelux

About the role

Macrobond is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to grow strategic accounts in the France & Benelux territory. The role focuses on consultative selling, upselling and cross‑selling our data‑driven platform to enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and secure new enterprise clients in target sectors, building a robust pipeline and meeting ambitious sales targets.
• Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth through upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Partner with prospects to understand challenges and deliver tailored solutions using Macrobond’s data platform, API integrations and analytics tools.
• Lead discovery meetings, craft proposals and deliver demonstrations, navigating complex buying processes.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go‑to‑market strategy and share field insights.
• Stay informed on industry trends, client pain points and competitor offerings to position Macrobond as the preferred solution.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of account management or sales experience, or 5+ years in customer success with a revenue quota.
• Proven SaaS background managing enterprise accounts and delivering tailored solutions.
• Demonstrated success in growing existing accounts through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Fluency in French.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to track performance.
