Entry Level Sales Associate – Brighton

About the role

This full‑time, entry‑level Sales Associate position is based in central Brighton. You will join a growing sales and marketing company that works with recognised and non‑profit brands, supporting customer acquisition campaigns through face‑to‑face interactions in residential environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer service and engagement during on‑site visits.
• Promote brand awareness and carry out promotional activities.
• Interact directly with residents to support acquisition campaigns.
• Collaborate with the sales team and contribute to a supportive, team‑focused environment.
• Develop communication, sales and public‑speaking skills through practical experience and client‑provided training.

Required profile

• Confident, outgoing and approachable personality.
• Willingness to learn, develop and progress within sales.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Availability to work a full‑time schedule (4–5 days per week).
• Not currently in education (school, college or university) and able to commit long‑term.
