Environment & Safety Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an Environment & Safety Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our site‑based teams across the UK. You will work closely with technical staff to ensure reports are delivered on time and help keep project data accurate and up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Assist technical staff with formatting, completing and issuing reports to meet deadlines.
• Monitor and update spreadsheets that track job progress and performance metrics.
• Liaise with colleagues across different departments and respond promptly to email enquiries.
• Perform general office duties to support the Environment & Safety team’s daily operations.

Required profile

• Dedicated, proactive and reliable with a strong background in administration.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
