About the role

Key responsibilities

• Deliver seamless, discreet service to guests between 5:30 pm and 10:30 pm.
• Maintain meticulous cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms and public areas.
• Handle special requests, set‑ups, and supplies for occasions and unique guest needs.
• Follow safety procedures and operate cleaning equipment correctly.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot cleaning or maintenance issues.
• Excellent communication skills and a courteous attitude toward guests and colleagues.
• Ability to follow instructions and work within set timeframes.
• Team‑player mindset with willingness to ask for help when needed.
• Physical stamina for moving, lifting, and standing for most of the shift.
• Eagerness to learn hotel‑specific procedures and safety rules.
