Executive – Business Valuations (London)

About the role

Join EY’s Valuation, Modelling & Economics practice as an Executive in Business Valuations, based in London. You will work with a global network of specialists, delivering high‑quality valuation advice to private‑equity, venture‑capital and multinational clients across the business life‑cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Perform valuations, financial modelling and pricing analyses for a variety of engagements.
• Develop quantitative solutions for external and internal clients.
• Collect, clean and analyse financial market data and time‑series information.
• Review and critique complex quantitative models created by clients or third parties.
• Present findings to clients and prepare supporting reports.
• Assist senior consulting staff with analytics and ensure progress is communicated within budget and timeline constraints.

Required profile

• Proven valuation experience, preferably within a consultancy environment.
• Understanding of capital structures for PE‑backed and VC‑backed companies.
• Strong numeracy and analytical mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
