Experienced CNC Turner – Aerospace Precision Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced CNC Turner to join a growing aerospace manufacturer producing high‑precision engine aftermarket components. You will work on CNC turning machines, translating engineering drawings into quality parts while supporting the company’s expansion plans.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, program and operate CNC turning lathes using Fanuc controls.
• Interpret engineering drawings and select appropriate tooling.
• Perform precision inspections and make machine offsets to maintain tight tolerances.
• Ensure all components meet aerospace quality standards.
• Collaborate with the machining team to meet production targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in CNC turning and programming.
• Confidence using Fanuc CNC controls.
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
• Strong understanding of precision machining and tolerance requirements.
