About the role

We are partnering with a highly successful, award‑winning estate agency in Gloucester to add an Experienced Mortgage Advisor to their ambitious team. You will work with a steady flow of quality leads and pre‑qualified appointments, focusing on delivering exceptional mortgage and protection advice while building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

Provide mortgage and protection advice to clients from initial enquiry through to completion.
Build and maintain lasting client relationships using a consistent flow of quality leads and pre‑qualified appointments.

Required profile

CeMAP qualified (or equivalent CF1 & CF6).
Proven success as a Mortgage Advisor working with multiple lenders and a target‑focused mindset.

What we offer

Base salary up to £35,000 per annum plus a car allowance of up to £3,600.
Commission structure of up to 45% of banked income, offering OTE of £75,000 per year.
