Missions principales

• Perform precise diagnostics, maintenance, and complex repairs on vehicles in strict accordance with manufacturer standards.
• Ensure maximum quality of workmanship within agreed timeframes, adhering to both brand and industry guidelines.
• Provide clear, technical diagnostic reports and communicate effectively with the Workshop Manager regarding necessary repairs.
• Conduct thorough vehicle assessments, document additional required works, and collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all completed tasks and technical interventions.

Profil recherché

• IMI Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance is essential.
• Proven professional experience as an Automotive Technician, specifically in diagnostic roles.
• Full UK driving license with a clean driving record.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical issues into clear information.
• Customer-oriented attitude with a commitment to excellence.
