Join an award-winning retailer specializing in luxury garden buildings and elevate your career in high-end sales. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our discerning clientele through their journey of creating the perfect outdoor living space.
Missions principales
- Provide expert consultancy to assist customers in selecting the ideal luxury garden building tailored to their needs.
- Master our extensive product range through comprehensive training to offer high-level technical advice.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Efficiently manage the end-to-end sales process and customer inquiries using our CRM system.
- Act as a key liaison between customers and manufacturers to guarantee a seamless and premium experience.
Profil recherché
- Energetic and highly motivated individual with a passion for human connection and customer excellence.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey detailed product knowledge effectively.
- Proven ability to learn complex product specifications and share them with enthusiasm.
- Flexible availability, including working alternating weekends.
- Must possess a full UK driving license.
