External Talent Engagement Specialist – Talent Scout

About the role

The External Talent Engagement Specialist (Talent Scout) will lead outreach initiatives with schools, colleges, universities and professional associations to build a robust pipeline of future talent for HydraForce, a Bosch Rexroth company. You will act as the company’s ambassador, fostering relationships that attract high‑potential candidates to our internship and graduate programs.

Key responsibilities

• Drive external recruiting and HR outreach activities with high schools, colleges, universities and professional associations.
• Create and maintain a talent pipeline database and coordinate regular communications with prospects.
• Organise and run the internship program, including networking events, mentorship, charity projects and final presentations.
• Recruit and track participants in the Graduate Specialist rotational development program.
• Provide on‑site recruiting support to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Develop internal promoter lists and coordinate their engagement with prospective talent.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and campus recruiting.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
