About the role
We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician with HVAC experience to join a well‑established organisation supporting multiple large‑scale commercial sites across Manchester. The role offers long‑term stability, a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out mechanical and HVAC maintenance across commercial facilities.
- Perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance work.
- Fault‑find, service and repair a variety of building systems.
Required profile
- Qualified HVAC Technician with recognised mechanical qualification or apprenticeship.
- Experience in commercial facilities maintenance.
- Desirable experience with BMS, IPAF or PASMA equipment.
