Family Consultant Solicitor – Remote Fee-Share Role

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join a national law firm as a fee‑share consultant. The role is fully remote, allowing you to manage your own schedule while delivering high‑quality family law services to clients across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy, private children cases, and domestic abuse issues.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, leveraging your existing network or building new referrals.
• Collaborate with other practice areas within the firm to provide cross‑disciplinary support.
• Utilise the firm’s back‑office, compliance, and administrative services to focus on client work.
• Participate in the consultant network to share best practices and generate internal referrals.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years post‑qualification experience in family law.
• Existing client following or strong referral network is preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with commercial awareness.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client care.
