Family Court Adviser – Information & Screening Team

About the role
Randstad Care is seeking an experienced Family Court Adviser to join the Information & Screening Team in Birmingham. The role involves managing cases from referral through to the first hearing, ensuring children’s safety and preparing necessary documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and screen referrals for family court cases.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for first hearings.
- Collaborate with partner agencies to safeguard children.
- Maintain accurate records and follow statutory guidelines.
Required profile
- Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
- Experience in safeguarding, screening, or family court work.
- Strong assessment and communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
