Family Law Paralegal (Manchester)

About the role

We are looking for a Family Law Paralegal to join our Manchester team. You will support the award‑winning family law department, providing confidential advice and representation to high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Report directly to the Department Director and adopt a proactive, client‑focused approach.
• Assist with divorce matters, including domestic abuse, adoption, child abduction and prohibitive steps orders.
• Prepare and manage specific issues orders, injunctions, spousal and child maintenance applications.
• Handle property, pension and freezing injunction matters for high‑value cases.
• Maintain sensitive and sympathetic communication with clients throughout proceedings.

Required profile

• Paralegal qualification or relevant legal experience in family law.
• Strong client‑care skills and the ability to work independently.
• Professional, proactive and able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Required skills

• Knowledge of family law procedures and court processes.
