Family Solicitor (1+ PQE) – South London

About the role

The firm is a boutique specialist family law practice in South London seeking a Family Solicitor with at least 1 year of post‑qualification experience. The role will involve handling high‑value matrimonial finance matters, private children arrangements and related family disputes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage matrimonial finance and financial remedy cases for private clients.
• Handle private children and child‑arrangement matters.
• Deal with cohabitation, unmarried property disputes (TOLATA) and other family law issues.
• Take ownership of appropriate files, delivering high service standards with supervision from senior colleagues.
• Support the team by relieving workload and contributing to the firm’s growth.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 1+ years PQE (or equivalent level).
• Solid experience in matrimonial finance/financial remedy work within a private client context.
• Experience in private children matters is desirable.
• Commercially minded with a proven track record of performance.
• Ability to work independently on suitable files while learning from senior team members.
