Family Solicitor – 5+ PQE – Cambridge

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor with at least five years post‑qualification experience to join our growing practice in Cambridge. This senior role offers autonomy, a supportive environment, and a fast‑tracked route to partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a private, fee‑earner caseload covering divorce, financial remedy, cohabitation disputes, pre‑ and post‑nuptial agreements, and private children law matters.
• Lead and develop the family law offering within the Cambridge office.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members and contribute to business development.
• Maintain high standards of client care and uphold the firm’s reputation for excellence.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years PQE.
• Proven technical expertise in family law, including complex and high‑value disputes.
• Experience of leading a team or managing files independently.
• Strong communication, organisational skills and a collaborative attitude.
