Family Solicitor (6+ PQE) – London

About the role

Join a leading international family law team in London, handling high‑value, cross‑border divorce and financial remedy matters. Working closely with the Head of Department, you will manage a substantial caseload while contributing to the practice’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex family law cases with an international element, from inception to resolution.
• Provide strategic advice on sophisticated divorce and financial remedy issues.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients and referral sources.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, ensuring high standards of service.
• Participate in business development, networking, and profile‑raising activities.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 6 years PQE in family law.
• Demonstrated experience in complex financial remedy and international divorce matters.
• Excellent client management and commercial awareness.
• Proven ability to generate new business and develop the practice.
• Strong leadership skills and ambition to grow within a top‑tier firm.
