Family Solicitor – High Net Worth & UHNW Family Law

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join our Legal 500‑ranked practice, focusing exclusively on High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra‑High Net Worth (UHNW) family law matters. The role is based in Manchester with the flexibility to work predominantly remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of high‑value divorce and financial remedy matters.
• Advise HNW and UHNW individuals on private children law and international family disputes.
• Handle cases involving businesses, trusts, pensions and complex asset structures.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across domestic and offshore jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with recognised experts within the national team.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years post‑qualification experience.
• Strong background in Family Law, including divorce, financial remedy and private children matters.
• Demonstrable experience with High Net Worth family law work.
• Excellent client care and relationship‑management abilities.
