About the role
We are seeking an experienced and personable Family Solicitor to join our Manchester team. This is a genuine opportunity for a lawyer who loves family law, takes pride in their work, and is committed to delivering an exceptional standard of client care.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of private family matters.
- Handle divorce and financial matters.
- Conduct private children work.
- Provide financial remedy advice and representation.
- Deal with TOLATA (Trusts of Land and Appointment) issues.
Required profile
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 PQE.
- Proven experience handling private family matters, including divorce, financial remedy and private children cases.
